Updates for MS Paint??

Postby Skeebadeetz » Mon Sep 16, 2002 11:29 pm

After installing Win2k (THANK YOU, no need for applause) I went to create some bumpers and such but I don't have as many styles of text - actually, a lot less than I had with Win98. So if anyone knows how to cure this, or just say "Use another program".

You're missing FONTS sir. Another program wouldn't fix that.

I am not sure if 98 contains many more fonts then 2K. :\ But your best bet is to just goto yahoo and type in fonts and download some that look pretty....

If you did a full format and install, then yeah, what klinky said. If you did an upgrade, you may have two Windows-related folders on your hard drive (WINNT and WINDOWS). If you do, try going into the Windows folder, look for a FONTS folder, and if it exists, copy all the files in it to the WINNT\FONTS folder.
I'm out...

Here you go:

http://www.thefinalact.net/misc/fonts.rar

If you don't have WinRAR, go to www.rarlab.com and download it to open the file. (IMHO, it's better than WinZip, and it supports all the same file types as WinZip.)

~And yes Klinky, I know fonts. It was late and I wasn't sure of what I was trying to say and was making sure that I didn't say the wrong thing.
