Next Server Move: Friday, April 30: Kero & Nago

On Friday, April 30 (eastern daylight time; UTC-0400), we plan to move both Kero and Nago to the new colocation center. These two servers are responsible for local downloads, so starting Friday morning local downloads will not work. When we get the servers moved and fully configured (sometime Friday afternoon, if all goes according to plan) local downloads will be working again, and faster than ever.

Are you physically shipping the servers to the new location or migrating the data contents to the new location?

In addition to Nago and Kero, didn't you also have additional backup servers to move as well? Sounds like a long day's work. We'll, we all appreciate the work.

The backup servers aren't at the colo (off-site backups and all), so we don't have to move them. Thankfully.
