If i had access to all of my files for amv (Stupid computer dieing) i would show you the different results because this is how i edit:

quick list of what i do (after the video is riped):
1) make avs scripts of said riped video
2) encode all of the avs scripts at either divx 1- pass quality set at 100% or do the same with xvix i tend to get a better quality out of exvid although dvix tends to be easyer to make clips out of
3) i take eiteh my newly created xvid or divx file and make the clips out of each
4)use said clips to edit
5) export in huffyuv
6) use avi synth for post processing getting out the little bugs in the video
7) recompress in xvid for distro and if i plan on convention(s) i make a hight quality mpeg2 version as well.

While you all seem to be against this i have better results with this way of of editing then with avs scripts. Not only is it faster then editing wtih avs or doing the whole swap in adobe i tend to get a better final quality in the video. Also if any of you use after effects its not the easyist to edit an avs script in AE. As soon as i get another computer ill have to post the different screen caps for this.

oh yeah just so everyone know while my comp is dead i had an extra copy of my huffyuv version of my vid on an external hdd so i still have that.

Well, Toji's having comp trouble. Not sure if he's got it fixed. SQ's got hers done. Maybe she's re-editing it? Not sure. Everyone else is busy with other projects and I'm sure they'll start or(If they've started it already) finish it as fast as they can.

I have yet to start it as well. My computer is having a spasm fit. Once I get it working I'll probably start editing. I already have my concept mapped in my head. I just have to edit it.
