Where is the high-quality new one with the larger text? (You can't take the one off this page, obviously, because it's already a .gif and will probably look like ass if you compress it more.)

help plz? thx.

Have you gone to the Banner Ad Contest page?

To be honest, the new logo is going to take a little getting used to. I hated it at first, but the more I see it, the more itt grows on me. I never particularly cared for the old logo, tho. Change is awesome.

I didn't even think to look there, since it seemed like a logo thing and not just a banner thing. That explains it! Thanks!

To be honest, the new banner is a bit harder to fit into the banners, but as the new applicants show, it can look good. It also fits better to the center of the banner than the one before. There are a couple of winner there that take this advantage in use and they look good, even tough they are plain.
Balance.
Maybe it CAN be found.

The new banners are looking really nice. Old logo, new logo? Who cares. It's all good.

The new logo took some getting used to at first, but when I saw the banners coming in I changed my mind immediatly.

The new logo is far more coustomizable, I've already seen a few that do really cool things with it and it generally looks good. The simplicity really works to it's advantage for personalizing it and adapting it to a particular image.

Big congrats Amkit.

An inquiry from the Department of Redundancy Department: Is there a good reason for putting the AMV logo in a banner when the logo is already at the top of the page? :?

I know that there's some websites who use the banner to link to the site. And somewhere there's a url floating around that links to a random banner.

I figured people would be using the banners elsewhere. But for some reason, the duplicate seems to stand out more with this new logo. Maybe because it has more filled-in, black area. Not a big deal. :)
