Chrno Crusade Ep 24/ending *SPOILERS*
Ok, this series just ends WAY TOO SAD!
i seriously was not expecting Rosette and Chrno to die. and it wouldn't have been so bad, but the way it happened just really hit me. I mean it was so dramatic. Rosette clinging on the Chrno with everything she has left just absolutely breaking down and just crying and begging to live longer. The sun sets and the clock runs out.
It really hit me.
Azmaria's reaction got me again, it was like something inside her just died.
Atl east her smile at the end made me feel a little better.
Also the ending gets very deep with Remington and talking about God's law.
It was a bit strange when Aion appeared again, but i suppose its true that he is born from sinful human desire.
anyway, Id like to here anyone's thoughts on the ending

The amount of emotion and tragedy is just overwhelming in the final episode of this series.. The last moments between Chrno and Rosette tears at the very fabric of the human heart, flowing beautifully with the melancholy music and calm settings. When the clock started ticking, I felt like time had actually stood still, if only for fourty seconds... Easily one of the most 'magical', heart-wrenching endings for an anime I've seen. Now, excuse me while I go grab some tissue..

Sure they died peacfully... but they died in vain... and Rosette was only 16.

I guess Max Payne isn't much of a yaoi fan...

Nope. He survived (some magical way ) and appearently he was the attemped assassin in the almost Pope assassination in the 1980's. And the priest was a hobo at the end. So... "God" didn't decide to spare their lives as a reward for "getting rid" of Aion?

Appearantly, not enough . Beautiful or not, that had to be the most depressing ending to a TV show since... uh... nothing I guess. Absolutly nothing was accomplished by the main characters in the end, nor did they reach their goals. *sniff*
