Nago is out of disk space; uploads will fail.

Nago, our first storage server is out of disk space (wow, 1TB already). Kero, the second storage server is at the colo, but not quite ready to accept uploads yet. I hope to get Kero accepting uploads real soon.

Until that happens though, attempts to upload will fail. Right now, you'll get an error message from the FTP daemon saying the server is out of disk space.

It's a joke on a Boston-based novelty band/imitation-wrestling-alt-theater group called Kaiju Big Battel that performs in foam-rubber space monster suits. I don't have a link at present but I do have one of their stickers on the side of my computer case.

And yes, with 25,000 videos on local, "full" is an eminently possible state of affairs.

As far as I know, this has never happened before, so the duration is a complete unknown.

It's yet another testament to the geometrical increase that seems to be taking place in terms of uploads. It's not that long ago (~1 year) that Kai had that draw for the 10,000th video on the site, and we're now at around 25k.
