She and Her Cat, yay!

I was born to be a proofreader, though. :? This is going to sound really bad, so I apologize in advance. I really like the opening titles, but the typos bother me.

- In song titles, capitalize every word except "the", "of", "an", "a", "and", things like that. Unless the artist has specifically set a weird capitalization for it, which I don't believe REM has for any of these (if at all). I noticed "Frequency" and "My" (in "Losing My Religion") got lost. (also, "World" in It's the End of the World, and "Her" in She and Her Cat.)

- It's "Nightswimming," no capital in the middle.

- It's "The Great Beyond," with a "the." *double-checks CD* Yeah.

- I'm guessing it's supposed to be "REM Sleep," the pun between the band's name and the sleep state, unless this is secretly all about Vash's mom. ;)

- The type this time has some odd antialiasing or something going on around the edges.

- I like the "Sec. 1" being included. "Sec. 2" shows in a flash around the middle, though, and it's so fast that it makes my eyes think I've missed part of the credits.

As for the typeface... I... have a deep and abiding loathing for Comic Sans, and I think the whole thing would look great if it were in a simple white sans-serif like SAHC's title at the beginning. But that's a personal problem. :p

But it's mostly the typos. I really like the choice of anime and the editing, though. I'd never have thought of that for that song, but it really works.

...this was meant to be an encouraging post, really. I like the intro a lot apart from that.

Errr... just to clarify, I think fixing the capitalization/typos to be exact makes the final product look a lot more polished and professional. Not that this isn't an amateur work, but I think it helps the whole package. Oh, you know what I mean.

Well, I fixed the typos ..at least I hope :)
I figured the song was so dreamy, random it seemed nothing
would be the right footage for it and then I thought. What if I just
do it as if he was talking to her as the audience? Then it seemed
to work better.

Noticed that also. I thought it was just me for some reason (my computer's been acting all strange since I put XP on it O_o).

And as long as we're correcting grammar I thought I'd point out that there's a comma in 'What's The Frequency, Kenneth?' :D

*typo taskmaster watches*

It's REM Sleep rather than "Rem Sleep." It's really two different things, I'm not even kidding. REM in "REM sleep" is an acronym, like NASA or AMV. :P

0:34, Frequency

0:41, The Great Beyond with a "The" & no capital S in "Nightswimming"

See me after class - I mean, looks good otherwise. ;)

Finally realized I hadn't seen the final beta of "Losing My Religion" either, and it looks great too.

Sorry for being hard on ya; this is shaping up to be a great project otherwise.

Well, It's sorta in the can already :(..
I don't have that footage any longer nor the fonts to do it right ....
If someone else wants to rewrite them by all means.

Also I like Rem Sleep, better then REM sleep.

:?

But...that way, it has nothing to do with either the band, or sleep. REM is how both the band and the sleep phenomena are named...
I have no idea how to use this new forum.

To save yourself trouble, why not post the full text here? That way everyone here can review it and make all necessary comments about it, and that way you don't have to keep going back and reencoding betas.

I'll be blunt, i didn't like it. If you care enough to AIM (or whatever else-) me i'll explain with details.
In other news, i made an early alpha of my track just to see that the source footage is completely screwed up. I only watched it on a tv before and haven't noticed :( This being said (and sad as well), i need to change the anime and start from scratch.
OfL, please contact me when you have a second to spare.
