err.. The Do Handseals.. er... Lets take Hyuuga neji for instance.. He uses a handseal to perform he's ultimate power.. Byakugan.. with that he can see 360 degrees.. well lets say 358 degrees.. Other cars. can do other stuff with hand seals... etc. etc. only rock lee He cant

If you're talking about the rapid-action hand seals they do, I put the names of them above the pics I posted. They pertain to the 12 animals of the Chinese Zodiac.
