My comment about the S-video though, was more of a question then a statement! I was wondering if the S-Video can be INput. or if it is only for output.

depends on your card. Some of the new video cards have multiple output for dual monitors, or for exotic inputs (like component or s-video) on the monitor.

If you don't have the documentation, and it's not written in the metal, then try looking your model up on the factory website and seeing if they have the specs.

omg is this necroposting? =O

I'm surprised no one mentioned ffx2mov in this whole guide..or perhaps I just missed it :?

http://squarerealm.com/downloads/ffx2mov_2.11.zip

The program only works for FFX...but it is as simple as it gets
-you insert disk
-choose drive
-check which movies you want, they're all named
-click start

and it will extract both the m2v files and the wav...'s...es?

if you need them

/end
Oh how convenient. A theory about God that doesn't require looking through a telescope.

Well if you look closely, shirohamada directed to a jp website that has FFX2MOV on it. Although it was meant to direct ShadowInc where PSS-Demux was, its indirectly there. Whatever.

Yep. The m2v and wav files are extracted.(seperately, of course)

The movie extractor FFX2MOV is for ripping FF-X. It will not rip for FFX-2. Like Iamshadowkiller said earlier, it only works for FF-X.

just got tales of rebirth.
it is my first 'tales' series by namco.

pop it in into my dvd rom drive,
it didn't read the disc. i've check its not my drive. the disc works on the ps2.
so i fired up dvddecrypter.
it started to read, in iso mode.
the funny thing is total disc size 8 terabyte.
so its an encryption.

i've seen the past tales series opening. is that captured or extract.

if anyone with info do point the right way.
