Actually, it's either going to be your name or studio name the way these credits are working, which would you prefer?

Your workin away on the compilation of segments so I can't reach you on AIM, thought I'd post it here along with everyone else.

I definitely sent you the pic. I remember that.

Name: TheMaan
Org Name: um...that's TheMaan too.

If you have a spot in the credits for real names aswell, Ben Harris will do nicely. Heh.

Ah, sorry about that. I put it to not show messages so I could work on this video, I had quite a stack of IMs building up :)

Sounds good Maan and Brolly.

Ok.

The video is done. Well, it's put together in Premiere. I've tried exporting it twice now and both times it's had some sorta problem with the video coming in like 15 seconds early. Really weird. So I'm going to figure that out tomorrow, and then as soon as I get the Huffy exported, I'll at least get an MPEG1 up of it, and then I'll work on the XviD from there.

Sorry for the hold up, we'll shoot for tomorrow.

this might help it might not but hitori was helping me out once with a and he told me about a problem he had exporting a video that had a bunch of effects in it. he had to split it into 2 seperate files and then export it. You can always combine them with avisynth so i wouldn't worry to much about it....just though it might help since it mostlikly has effects in it and since it is such a large file.

Thanks for the info. When I get back to my room (in class right now) I'll try exporting it one more time with the whole file, and if that doesn't work I'll just have to split it up.

The thing is, there are very few effects in it really since the timeline is just a bunch of 45 second clips that have already been compiled, unless the effects in those parts could still cause problems? As for large file, I thought my computer was having spasms when I told it to play the 6 GB file, but I'm pretty sure that playback is not the problem I'm having, I'm sure it's coming straight from Premiere.

So like I said, when I get back I'll look into why it's doing that, and hopefully I'll be able to get the MPEG1 up by tonight!

Thanks for everyone's patience, dwindling as it may be :)

Why waste your time and make an mpeg? Why not just go with Xvid?

But in case I'm mistaken...

Is the mpeg going up on the good ol' org?

Is the Xvid version the HQ version?

If both of these are ture, ignore my question. :o

Neither version is going on the Org, the actual video is borderline on the upload standards, but more simply because of file size.

However, the MPEG1 should be a bit smaller, and as of now that's the only version I know how to make. I'm going to learn to make the XviD via the guides, but I thought I'd go ahead and just export a LQ MPEG1 for those with less-than-awesome internet connections (again, assuming the file size is lower) and so I can get it up today, as the XviD may have to wait til the end of the week.
