Okay, Im sure you have heard this many times before. But I found a ISP that seriously undercuts everyone. I would be willing to put in the time and effort to maintain the page and files, if I could find some creators who wouldnt mind popping in say 20$ to have their vid showcased. It would be open to everyone so you could just go to one freaking site instead of dozens to get good vids. Let me know what you think and Ill post more details if I get favorable responses.

$20 per month? Per year? One-time fee?

I seriously doubt you're going to get any kind of favorable responses unless you start doling out the details, like bandwidth both upstream and downstream, server structure, amount of space available per creator, and so on.
