Video Game Project 3 - Special invites sent out.

Postby Castor Troy » Sat Oct 02, 2004 8:30 pm

I have sent out special invites to the people listed under track selection 2 -

Aluminum Studios
AbsoluteDestiny
DokiDoki
Grover
Maverick
gambitt
Kusoyaro
Snhknives
jbone
Dugan Chen

I hope I got your working email addresses. :P

If you're not supposed to be part of that list, I apologize for scaring you :P

For anyone else listed under Track Selections 1 and 3, you can start sending in your track requests. But be warned that Track Selections 1 and 2 are at higher priority so if anyone from 3 selects the same remix that someone from 1 wants to do, then the person from 1 will get it.

For reference...

Bold means that person has already selected a track.

It's a mere week after AWA and I'm already supposed to know what track I want to do for next year... ? Especially if I don't want someone else to do it? ^^;;

I'm weeping ;_; And collapsing in exhaustion.

Trying to get as many people while we're still in the post-awa editing groove :P

You can always change tracks later.

I'm not too worried about someone taking my track as I did some remixing on it myself, plus the fact it's not a song listed on ocremix.

Now, if I can just be patient, get the track approved, AND make a decent video to it, then I'll be happy.

I've already started work on mine. :P

Yeah, I haven't had time to think about it at all either ;_;

If push comes to shove, put me down as a "no" because I don't want to take up a valuable spot if I don't have any ideas. In the meantime though, I'll try and take some time to listen to some mixes. Pretty busy nowadays :?
I have no idea how to use this new forum.

I apologize to anyone who feels like they're being rushed but I'm still in the post awa editing groove. :P

We'll still reserve spots for people on the project and you can feel free to jump in at anytime (hopefully not the day after the deadline :P) but that will leave you less open to available remixes.

i have some suggestions, dunno if there are mixes for them, but people may want to check out songs for games like:
Diddy Kong Racing
Mario Party
Perfect Dark
Rush 1-2049
Super Mario 64
Castlevania 64
Gauntlet
Legend Of Zelda
and then there are always the overlooked classic games..
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
The Simpsons
*theres a Pacman 64 bit remix that i dont like*
and we musnt forget about games for Dreamcast, Sega Saturn, PS1, SNES, Jaguar, Genesis, Game Gear, and also, a question... is GBA considered in this next project?

just some tips for tracks, and a question, I'm picking my song, i'll post in the group about my song choice, thanks!
