Iced Earth! Iced Earth! Iced Earth! For me, it's Iced Earth all the way. They were the first Metal band I've ever listened to, that was seven years ago. I was ten years old back then. I still prefer Barlow over Ripper, but I like the "Ripper" as well, they are both great singers.

No really :P

But you saw me posting Orgy a mile a way so it's even.

The movie is so much better than the band.

Also, that song "My band" has the special effect of pissing me off. I don't know why. Maybe Eminem is just annoying?

Time to borrow Oto's quote:

This phrase is to music what Mahoro's phrase is to porn mags.

Top 3:

Garbage- the first band I ever got into. I discovered the wonderful world of music through them.

Tool- one word......awesome. 8)

Mudvayne- I may not be as into hard rock as I once was, but this is the absolutely most awesome hard rock band ever.

How about gateway bands? If I'd never heard the Mighty Mighty Bosstones on the radio I would never have gone to the Warped Tour in '96 and never have heard any punk, ska, hardcore, emo, etc. If I'd never heard "Where It's At" by Beck on the radio, I wouldn't have gotten into the Pacific Northwest indie rock/punk/metal scene, or Man or Astro-Man? and the entire Touch & Go distribution stable, or about half of indie rock. If I'd never heard Pavement (not on the radio, at a friend's suggestion) I would never have gotten into Matador's bands, or the other half of indie rock. I think all three of those bands remain my favorites, if only because of the debt I owe them for that.

Alright, I copped to liking emo and T&G bands, mock at will plz

Yeah i may be a guy, a straight guy at that, but my favorite band would be Evanescence. Why? cause i love Amy Lee's voice, and the weirdness of her songs. Especially the Touniquet rock remix

Personally I don't have a favourite, but I do have a selection of music that I like... alot of them are japanese and indonesion hip hop compilations that you so hear in alot of anime.

X-Japan is one of the greatest bands I have known in Japan, its pretty much the heart and soul of power. pity the lead singer killed himself. It seems that most of the good bands are like that. Nirvana was like that and they were extremely good.

Linkin Park, Evanescence, Three Days Grace, Killing Heidi, Nickelback, Three Doors Down, Rammstein, tatu (russian versions), Metallica, seven dust, static X, creed, Mindless Self Indulgence, Boy Hits Car, Finger Eleven, Seether, The Exies, Saliva and many many more are in my selections.

DDR Tracks all the way too

Sum 41
Blink 182
Red Hot Chilli Peppers
The White Stripes
Deftones
BILLY TALENT ((Awsome stuff))
P.O.D.

I guess that's all of them. Rap sucks big time. If you got something to say well don't say it. Don't waste my sleeping time.
