ok, heres my situation, I get all my settings configured and the filters set and go to File --> Two passes... and then it makes a .stats file followed by an .avi file. Simple, right? Well lets say I want to encode it with a filter just slightly changed (or dramatically changed, doesnt matter. Or maybe i want to encode it the exact same way again), how do I export the .avi so that nandub doesn't have to REMAKE the .stats file, since it will be identical anyways?

If you change any of the settings, you need to remake your stats file. The stats file's information is dependant on the frames being exactly the same - it'd be like making a roadmap and then changing the roads, when you went back to follow the map you'd get lost.

If you haven't changed any filter settings or program settings and you just want to remake the AVI file, then go Video->SBC Settings->Bitrate Curve tab enter the location of your stats file.

But if you use a stats file for a different set of settings your final encode will be weird and probably oversized.
