wait a minute, i was looking at the rules on awa-con.com, and i noticed it said
You may submit as many videos as you can fit on one standard T-120 VHS (or S-VHS) video tape. (In other words, 2 hours worth.)

just wondering, the digital submissions, i know you dont want your servers to be killed, but is there a limit to how many vids i can send in on cd's? is it still the 2 hour thing or is it limited by a # of vids... please bear with me, i have sbout 20 vids i would like to enter *that i have made since last awa* and i was wondering if i could enter them all, or most of them, or something *i think their intire playing time comes to about an hour and a half, if that..
sorry to be a pain

The limit still stands at the two-hour mark. Really a practicality thing.

The "pending" refers to our checking to make sure that the file isn't corrupted or faulty somehow, not that you didn't upload. If the file's screwed up somehow, we'll contact you and have you send it again.

AWA PRO Question: On the AWA Pro entry form it says to submit one form per each group entering. It then goes on asking for single points of contact info and signatures from each member. My group is spread out across the country so getting signatures before the deadline isn't possible. Can't each of us participating just submit our own forms, especially since we worked on our videos seperately?

Yeah I am Wondering the same thing,

I need to get this thing out ASAP, and i Figured it was 1 form per video entry, not studio group....

Hmm. That should be OK. We just want to make sure that whoever it is we're sending the videos back to is either an adult or has the permission of their legal guardian. Bit of a muddle on our end, but that'll work.
