 Awww. I'm sort of a new member here, and I can't beleive you're leaving the site. How sad... :( But I'm happy that you're going to have your own family soon. :) Phade, I thank you for putting in time for this amazing site. May God bless you and your new family.

You're in my prayers.

I don't know you all that much. But from what I've observed, you're like the Vince McMahon of the AMV community. You didn't invernt the AMV, but you were able to make it into a noticable and popular event where all different types of people can gather and share common interests. ...And I or better yet, WE thank you for that. You'll be sorely missed and the Org will never forget you

...now that you're gone, is there any chance the OT forum might come back? :)

NO

The OT forum was a lot of fun, but the one thing I didn't like is that it seemed to attract a lot of non AMV makers. And some of those non AMV makers just stuck around so long that they've kinda become regs, but at the same time it's like they don't really belong. I don't mean to sound elitist or anything, but if you don't actually make AMVs and you aren't doing something regarding the maintenance of this site...I dunno, I think it's just like weird of you to be hanging out around here. *shrugs* Just my personal opinion anyway.

I'm not even sure how to respond to that......

 wow.....it's like the end of an era....."The Phade dynasty has fallen"
If it wasnt for whatever endless reserves of dedication you must have for building this site, i might not even know what an AMV is......
But you are moving on to bigger and better things, and i wish you the best of luck on your adventure into the realm of parenting. It's not the easiest journey your gonna take, but it will be the most meaningful by far.
Though i dont know you, i'm sure that somebody who could put this much work into a website will make a great parent.

Yeah, didn't Phade say he was the biggest supporter of the OT section? :¬ P
I'm bored and you're dumb. A match made in heaven.

The resignation of {The Godfather} "Phade"

Postby acidedgesamuri » Sun Jun 06, 2004 11:46 am

I am saddened to see such an inspiring spirit leave the the great world of AMV...even if it is only for a little while or... forever... This site means so much to me and I cant live without it...it is my escape... and all of you out there have been there for me and I really want to thank U ALL for that. Even if U just donated a video I want to thank U for helping me. And Phade U have accomplished so much through this site. I barley/hardly kno U at all but I still feel saddened by the fact U will be leaving us. I would like to thank U on the behalf of my life and probally my sanity for being U, and creating this site. As I said before, I dont kno U too well but I feel like I have known U for a long time... I geuss that is the brotherhood of anime...such a simple thing yet it binds us so deeply. I want to thank U and everyone in hopes that U will return as soon as possible...!!!

Wow-
It's people like you who give all of us inspirations to bring our ideas into one place. Without a-m-v.org, where else can one show off talent, or get criticized (OPINIONS! OPINIONS!) by their peers? This has been a wounderful place for all of us an I know that Quu and the Gang can keep it up after you.
Enjoy the new life and congrats.

wow, I have been out of the loop way too long. I leave fore a few weeks to go program and look what I come home to! serves me right for pausing my AMV editing. COME BACK TO US PHADE!

...

...

oh well, I'll miss ya man, I didn't know what AMV's where until a friend pointed out a few loacal ones he and some friends did. I searched the net and found this place and BAM, I have been a loyal member ever since. you have inspired me to just do more then make AMV's. from you I have learned that big projects CAN be done by one person, I have leanred that there is more then just what is on cartoon network as far as anime is concerned, and I have learned that there is a great big wide community out there that loves my hooby as much as I do. I only hope that your kid will follow in your footsteps, it's the best feeling in the world to know you've raised 'em up right. ;) anywyas, enought of the muchy gushy crap *tear* so I will say thanks for the good times and the bad, for all those feeling's that I've had, and hope that one day soon, that you'll come back to this boon.
