Probably because the anime companies who license the dubs of a certain anime usually visit a con, so do the voice actors.

I'll probably send an idea in later this week after I think about it more thoroughly.

Any lower limit on length? I have a tiny little four second joke that I'm using in another video that odds are I will never finish.

I *may* join this, depends on after I see your vids at Otacon, and if I have an idea thats apropriate for it. I will need to finish my instrumentality project entries first aswell.

um, can we use multiple anime for a single idea/scene ? and any chance we can use audio from an anime ? (like speach and stuff, that would open up some more posibilities)

Since I've already labeled some of my videos 'videos that should not have been made but did', I'd have to kick myself if I don't join this one. Let me find something short enough to do for this, and I'll be in for sure...
