Yea Yea Yea...so some of us forgot to add the second signature..well, it all proves we're only humand and people in North America can't read :P

Is that what most people forgot? Oh well then maybe I didn't screw up. I read the instructions and they are slightly different (the clauses that is).

Don't feel too bad, there was someone who sent in a blank form.... the entire thing was just empty of any information at all.

Don't worry about it, I had even funnier occurance when during the AMV contest last year at I ran at AnimeEvolution.. Someone sent in the wrong entry form for another AMV contrest at a different convention :?

Did anyone else notice that while the Otakon submission rules page said that the deadline was "Saturday, May 8", the submission form itself said it was "Saturday, May 10," and the FTP site said that it was May 10 as well?

Well, I have to recuse myself from this particular survey, since apparently I sent the forms in incorrectly not once, but twice - which means my short bus is twice as short as yours.
