Canadian AMVers

Postby _faerie_ » Mon Sep 02, 2002 12:08 pm

Hey Hey, and welcome to another one of my threads (there do seem to be alot of them) where you can do ANYTHING. Flame people, n00bs, throw partys go crazy.

But really, how many Canadian AMVer's are out there? Am I the only one? (we'll have to get little brother to join so we can flame him  )

I know that my friend Black_Rein is from where I am from (Get your ass in here Black_Rein!) but I don't really think anyone else is. But to get some things straight,
1. We do NOT live in igloo's. People in Nunavut might, but not here (it feels like your living in an igloo in winter tho)
2. We do NOT say eh alot...even if my Auntie does, she doesn't count!
I guess that's all there is to say. I do make my own anime sometimes tho so if anyone wants to look at it sometime, email me.

Ummm Well I guess that's it...*braces herself for flaming*

This has been asked before, so try using the "Search" command.
"If someone feels the need to 'express' himself or herself with a huge graphical 'singature' that has nothing to do with anything, that person should reevaluate his or her reasons for needing said form of expression, possibly with the help of a licensed mental health practitioner."

I'm Canadian too, and so is my sister, Sierra Lorna, who is obviously from the same place as me^_^ As §_Akuma_§ said, there are actually a lot of us Canadian AMVers out there. Aokakesu is Canadian, and DiemondDagger, TobinHood, Hakura (Nicole Barrs), and Dokidoki (Tim Park). And of course the people who already posted.

You can do a "Other Members" search and search for people who live in Canada. Not everyone says where they live in their profile, but you'll see most Canadian AMVers that way.

And you should check out this thread if you're still interested

I'm taking a break while my pc is ripping cd's and converting them. I'm gonna remix my songs before I do anything with video.

Anyway, I'm a dual nationalist. I'm both Canadian and American. I visit Canada every so often to see my relatives there. WOW, NME I didn't know you were Canadain...

Anyway, I'm getting back to work. Check out the "sound editing software..." thread in the Sound forum if you're interested in remixing your own songs.

Hope we're not just mentionning creators here. Because if so, I'm not included.
...but if you just mean anyone here that's canadian, I'm one of you.

This may be true, but there's nothing like getting to know eachother personally. Besides, a lot of people don't like to give out there location. Even if it's only their country, so the search is only effective to a certain degree.

And don't forget 2 important things, just because we all live in Canada, doesn't necessarily mean we all know eachother. And our country is not tucked all the way down there! (Simpson's, lol)

Yea Vlad, even I'm not Canadian and I know Glen! Sheesh.

BTW Tim doing his stereotypical canadian accent cracks me up to no end.

"And-then-I-drank-some-Pepsiiii"

I should just talk in a scottish accent all the time, because very little sounds quite as bad-ass as scottish. And the rolling R's just add to the kickass factor.
