Linkin Park isn't the best band ever, but they are very good. In The End is definitely one of my favorite songs.

ROfLMAO  True true. Linkin Park is alright in my opinion. They've come out with a few songs that are good. Mainly "Mr. Hahn" and "In the End". Though "In the End" was way to over played where I was during the height of it's popularity.

A while back I was told that Linkin Park didn't write their own lyrics. Though I would normally be very skeptial of such a remark I trust this person that said it that they wouldn't say it out of a whim. I'm not saying that they don't write them. It was just a statement that I heard from a trusted person of mine.

Anyway, ever since I've looked at their music from a different perspective. They may be good at what they do, but I can not like them as much as I could if that statement hadn't been said.

It's general knowledge that people like linkin park and n*sync don't write their own lyrics or songs. They are just manufactured bands.

Linkin Park's lyrics are effortless..... and I love the band. If they weren't so overused I'd love videos to them too. :D

sure, linkin park doesn't stand on its own like other bands, but the music is good and that's the most important thing

If you say so...I think a couple of songs are catchy but they definitely aren't good.

It's not really a quetion if the music is good. It's a question of does this band to quote, "BEATS ALL THE REST" I find it hard to understand the the basis of the statement:
DJ Benoit wrote:ANYTHING BY LINKIN PARK BEATS ALL THE REST !
when in my mind when the band obviously lacks fundamental creative juices that are prevalent that are in so many bands that popular today. I'm not saying that the bad isn't good, I'm saying that where's the proof of this statement when they obviously lack qualities that other bands have.

That makes me want to
  • Drink bleach shots
  • Cry
  • Run over random objects/people
I don't know if that's due to Linkin Park, DBZ, or the pseudo-'1337-speak'. :)
