I think it's Ted Nugent. It's a classic 70's rock song.

Hmm, this is slightly off topic, but I wonder if hide was inspired by that group and song when he made 'Fish Scratch Fever' with Spread Beaver. Now try matching footage to that song.

(Actually, maybe that one episode in Slayers Try when Amelia and Gourry are guests of the fish-people could work. But that's a pretty cheezy idea.
