This is close to what you need: Y-adapter, Radio Shack.
The red plug is for your right speaker, the white for your left. Each of these two plugs is a standard RCA connector that has two wires leading to it. The wire connected to the center post is the one that goes to the '+' on the speaker. The wire connected to the metal cylinder surrounding the post goes to the '-' on the speaker.
You can cut the two plugs off and bare the wire, but do it carefully so you know which wire goes to the post and which goes to the cylinder.
Or...you can buy a couple of matching jacks and attach wires to those. One end of the wire goes to the speakers, and the jack just connects with the plug on the Y-adapter.
One more thing: don't expect too much volume if you drive standard speakers with a PC sound card.
