Music type preferences.
Note: dont' tell me, "I like music videos that..."
I don't want that.
I'm just wondering what "speed/tempo" of songs do you people listen too?
Yes, mood can be the setting and if you say "EVERYTHING", that's fine as well. Ye who have no preferences...
Normally, when I'm driving, I like faster songs with dance/techno feel to them.
At home, either morning/night, I get the medium-slow songs on my cd player...
Afternoons, I'm usually driving so that's already mentioned.
So? What's your style!?

I listen to a bit of everything whenever I listen to music,. I can switch from Rammstein to Dido at the drop of a hat. Queensryche and Natalie Imbruglia are right next to each other on my mix discs. I'll go from Cowboy Bebop OST to Foo Fighters.
The only thing I can't stand is, with some exceptions, rap, hip-hop, country, and anything similar to Britney Spears, N*Sync, and Linkin Park.
Other than that, I can listen to anything at anytime. I'm easy to please.

A range, but my favorites are:
- mopey slow-ish rock (along the lines of Radiohead)
- insanely peppy electronic pop (if you've heard Depeche Mode's "Just Can't Get Enough", that fits, though I don't like that particular song too well)
- a little bit of more modern electronic-flavored pop, which can be either chill-out slow (think Massive Attack if you've heard them) or caffeinated fast (many people know Republica's "Ready to Go", enough said).
With a good amount of mid-range stuff, around the Dave Matthews Band point in the scale, and a liiiittle bit of RAWK!!!! stuff now and then.
All depends on mood.

IF i'm driving...i listen to something mellow cuz if i listen to my usual crap i'd get road rage in an instant.
home: punk...rock...alternative...rap...you know, the usual
well, i think that covers everything right? i mean, the only time i listen to music is when i'm at home or in the car...cuz between that i'm sleepin or hangin out somewhere where listening to music isnt' so needed. bah...i dont' know wat i just said... basta! home and car is where i mostly listen to music and i basically listen to everything but country.

In the car... lots of anime music, especially Bubblegum Crisis for when we're on the highway ^_^
At home, all and anything, depending n my mood - celtic music when working on my novel, because it fits the mood, or punk or progressive rock when posting.
At work, mainly classical music - I don't have a sound card on my workstation, so i have to use the regular CD player and headphones. This kind of music covers the spectrophotometer's annoying noises without breaking my ears :p

I prefer to listen to slow music and sometimes electronic, but not always. Depends on the environment & mood
driving - long distance or heavy traffic: anything loud
Linkin Park, Def Leppard, 2PAC, Sepultura (Roots), Offsprings
driving - highway: house trance, eurobeat or similar
ie GateCrashers, DDR 2nd mix, chemical bros
feeling blue, or alone at night: classical pop, ballad, slow rock or any instrumental
ie Boye Be OST, Vanessa Mae, Air Supply, Lighthouse family
All time favs (that I listen frequently) : Firehouse, MLTR, Propellerheads
