I'm not sure.. But I'm remember back at ACen2K2, I saw a Cowboy Bebop video with some Gandhi music. GOD DAMN, that is like the WORST amv I saw cause #1. it has Gandhi music, #2. the editing sucks!, it's all of epsiode 3 of Cowboy Bebop. So, I guess it's not the only bad amv out there with bad music....

Why not? It makes about as much sense as using American or British or any other culture's music to anime. It's all a matter of matching a particular song.

Yeah, I mean if the cowboy bebop movie can have arabic singing in it, then we can have more ethnic music in our amvs.

I just don't listen to it much myself so I'm not likely to choose much world music for my vids... but to me every type of music has an equal chance, provided it's something I like.

If you plan to make AMV using Indian songs (i.e. taken from Bollywood movies) you need to prepare a lot of Anime clips that contain lots of ppl dancing in groups.
