Newegg gets 5-stars from me. Couple of friends of mine order a lot from them, too. No problems that I've heard of. My last order arrived in less than two days even though the shipping was free.

Over the past few years, I have ordered a few thousand dollars of hardware through newegg.com (for myself, and for others). All of their hardware has been very reliable, and on the VERY rare occasion on which I've had problems with faulty hardware, I have had only good dealings with their customer service.
