It's actually quite simple - you just need to crop it into four separate 320x240 images, then use the Premiere motion settings to move the four images in synchronization, as if they were all a single image.
It'd probably be easier, though, if you were to use a 960x240 image and crop it into three pieces - you wouldn't have to figure out how to overlap two of the images properly... however, you could get around needing to overlap if you make the first or last image only the 40x240 piece, then expand its canvas to 320x240, fill in the left/right space with blue (depending on if this is the first or last image), then bade the dlue transparent in Premiere.
I hope this all makes sense. (It does to me.)
