Which are the most recommendable Anime/Manga according to you?

I know who the 2nd Angel from Evagelion is, one of my online friends figured it out!!!

Irresponsible Captain Tylor
Love Hina
Jin-Roh
Ah! (or Oh!) My Goddess

Fansubs:

Azumanga Daioh, currently being fansubbed
Super GALS! Kotobuki Ran, not sure of status
Sexy Commando Masaru, hilarious as hell, being SLOWLY subbed

Doh! Yeah, Ah My Goddess is quite recommendable as well, as is Kenshin (well, one of the OVA series gets bloody...).
