A while ago I posted a topic "Setting up an FTP Server"

I have since then acquired BulletProof FTP Server. Now using BP FTP I was able to get my FTP Server up. But now I face a new problem it seems other ppl can't get in to it due to my router. So......is there anyway I can fix this problem?

Any help would be appreciated.

You need to configure your router to allow traffic through your FTP ports.

Use a random port, not one of the common FTP ports. Standard FTP port 21 is often blocked by ISPs. (common ones include 21, 2121, 666, 69, 123, et al. Use a random one, 172 or something.)
"If someone feels the need to 'express' himself or herself with a huge graphical 'singature' that has nothing to do with anything, that person should reevaluate his or her reasons for needing said form of expression, possibly with the help of a licensed mental health practitioner."

your are going to have to forward your ports so that your router doesnt effect them, look in your manual or what ever it should explain what u have to do.
