You you take these things:

Baking Soda
Flour
Eggs
Brown Sugar
White Sugar
Butter
Chocolate Chips

Make some fucking cookies and enjoy!

Well okay, actaully the easiest way would be to goto like "File|New|Color Matte|". Make a White matte. Take it down to the track people the track you want to fade. Align it under it, then expand the track you want to fade and adjust the rubber band so that it slowly fades to the white matte.
