Project folder won't defragment. Please, PLEASE help.

I was working on a new video last night, one I am very pumped and esxcited about, and Premiere kept bugging up. I figured the HD needed to be defragged, and when I checked, I found out I was right.

After defragging, it said some files could not be defragmented. One of these was the folder which contains my source clips, sound files, the project file itself, etc. I tried to open the Premiere project, and it WON'T FUCKING OPEN!!!!

Everytime, I try to open it, it comes up with this.

If you know how I can get the folder to defragment, PLEASE tell me how.

I was so pumped about this video, I stayed up all night working on it because I could not get to sleep thinking about it, then this SHIT happens!!

FUCK!!!

Run a chkdsk.

Though I believe defrag does one before defragmenting.. hmm

Sounds like file is corrupted to me.

You can try rebooting, then try again

Is there anything recent in
C:\Program Files\Premiere\Project-Archive ?
(Adjust to match your Premiere directory)

And as for the advice, it's just something I remember ErMaC mentioning in another thread. ^_^; I save to a new project every so often, in order to keep backups of various stages of work, so I haven't had to go there myself.
