Subtitle question

I've heard about programs that can remove subtitles. If so, which one would be most recommended? I want to use one of the fight scenes on my Utena dvd, but there are those blasted hard subtitles during the duel.

If anyone can help I would be grateful

the tool you need is logo away.
Its a plugin for Virtualdub
Kinda hard to find though

Watch as this plugin is very buggy.
