ASSUME24FPS

Postby kearlywi » Sat Aug 30, 2003 1:20 pm

What is the exact Avisynth command script (case sensitive) for assume24fps? I saw it in the guide a day ago and now I cant find it again :?

Secondly, should I include the assume24fps (as the last line of code) in just my avisynth script for premeire, or should it also be in my script for my VDUB pic video MJPEG dummy avi? (which I will switch out later).
It seems intuitive that if my dummy avi is running at 30 fps and I switch it with something going at 24 fps there will be major problems (So intuitively, I would include the code for both, and make them both 24 fps). However I seem to recollect the guide saying that the "ASSUME24FPS" line command was for premiere (it did not say whether or not to use it for my dummy avi. At least thats what I remember).

I'm going to pour over the guide again soon and see if I missed something. In the meantime any answers would be appreciated. I'll post if I solve these questions.

I think, I'm not sure. I can't remember the exact line, but goes like this:

AssumeFPS(24)
