I am glad that yours won!
Out of all that were submitted I had hoped that yours would win! There were several that I wanted to disqualify straight out and I know that their are people who are unhappy with how their AMV looked. But those who bothered to read the instructions actually had a very nicely presented video. If you have any questions about how your video was presented (why did it look/sound like that?) please e-mail me at email@example.com
and I'll do my best to tell you why. However you may not like the answers that I give you.... Just to warn you ahead of time. You can also e-mail me if you have questions on why this/that was done as well and I'll answer to the best of my abilities. Just to forgo a few questions...
All VHS entries were digitally captured using a DV 500 at 720 X 480 @29.97fps and compiled from the capture file to MPEG2. The average size of the captures were around 2~3Gigs. The VCR I used was a JVC Pro-Deck that I had cleaned before I started.
Please no flaming to my e-mail address.
