Vash would win! He always aims to stop, not kill so he should atleast know how to do that best. And he has the devils luck, so he'd dodge the bullets out of cowardice.

In all of the episodes on the first DVD of Trigun, Vash is shot at and isn't hit. There's no cool "bullet dodging" effect, but he's still not hit.

I'd have to say Vash, yes he has scars but he only gets hurt when he wants to(like when he's saving someones ass or he doesn't want to show how fresh he actually is). He'll take a few hits if he has to. Plus he is the expert of using his gun without killing, so he's got the best odds.
