Symphony X, Demons and Wizards, Kamelot, or Iced Earth.

Of course, I don't lift weights but I work out. :?

Ugh... Cradle of Filth isn't a good complement to anything. :? I can stand Dimmu Borgir, though.

I used to listen to a lot of different stuff for workout, but recently I realized I'm going deaf from over-using headfones... so, I dropped the habit. Have to work out to terrible, awful, radio that is on the speakers at the local Y... it's all like, chick songs, R&B and such type of stuff. I'd like to spare myself the grief, but not at the cost of my ears...

what kinda headphones you guys use?

Well, I don't work out, but how about 'Macho Man'?

8)

I dont work out much anymore but I looked for songs that had a nice rythym I could synch to when doing situps and pushups.

New Order, NIN, Soundgarden, lots of 80's music.

I don't work out anymore.... =/ I have a pinched nerv in my lower back, I keep built by surfing, and I keep not fat by not eating =/

I used to listen to any decently hard rock or punk tho. like Goldfinger, SOAD, Finch, Thrice.

Exactly! Nothing better than loud music to blow out your eardrums and work out to! Also, maybe some other stuff that I can't think of right now...
