Who is the greatest punk singer in your experince?

Postby Vale » Sun May 04, 2003 2:40 pm

The topic may be worded strangly, but thats because punk is so real in the sense that there are so many opertunities for great music, its imposiable to know every good band. Getting to the point, I would defently say Tim Armstrong. Whats your opinion?
im sorry, i retrect the last statment.

Pete Shelley, hands down. Also feel that Will Shatter and Jeff Ott deserve a mention as well. And also, tho I hate his solo stuff, Nick Cave was awesome in the Birthday Party.

If we want to use the fuzzy boundries of Punk, then I also have to give credit to Patti Smith.
