There are instructions on the upload videos page.

You need a seperate FTP client to upload. Use the information the page supplies to you to log-in and upload your video.

>_<

Ok. I'll make it simple.

1. Click the Upload Videos button

2. Choose a video to upload. Make sure you read the rules and click the box that says you have done so before clicking the upload button.

3. It will giveyou a page with the FTP site address, a log-in, and a password. Download an FTP client and run the installer. Open it up, and input the information from that page (URL, ID, and Passcode). Hit connect, and it wil connect. Drag and drop the video into the folder.

4. Once it completes, click the Confirm Upload button. From there, click the link and download the video back to your own Desktop. Watch it and make sure it works properly. If it's ok, click the button next to the video, and hit the confirmation button.

5. Sit back and have a Dew.

If you really want to learn how to do this, try this Web page for an introduction to the basics of FTP:
http://www.ftpplanet.com/ftpresources/basics.htm

At the bottom of the page is a link to start a tutorial for WS_FTP LE.

Ignore all links to the Pro version unless you want to buy it. The free version is WS_FTP LE.
