nandub 1.0rc2 audio splice-in problem!

Postby m1xalis » Thu Aug 01, 2002 4:30 pm

I use:dvd2avi,vfapi conv-en and virtualdub to save as avi..I try to get a dvd to fit into a 650cd so I convert the sound later with graphedit and convert the wav file to mp3 so that it can fit into the cd...When I finish all this,I try to splice in the audio with the avi using nandub and setting both video and audio to 'direct stream copy' and save as a new file but there is no process of the sound! And I'm not doing anything wrong! .....or am I? :?

i guess it works better when you work with a wav
load the wav in the soundless avi, then set video to diret stream copy and audio to full processing mode. select compression to mp3 and save the avi, that should work

altrough, have you tried if your avi has sound after your nandub-processing? i found out that nandub doesn't display the audio-processing sometimes...
