What have been the best live shows of the last year?

Postby Master Shake » Sat Mar 29, 2003 12:33 am

The best shows that i have seen in the last year are
1. Andrew W.K. and The Used - I did not know that much about the used before i saw them, but they were good live and Andrew W.K. well he gave a show to remember.
2. Sonic Youth at Central Park - I have been wanting to see Sonic Youth for some time and best of all the show was FREE.
3. Tool - If you get the chance see them live,a friend and me drove about 800 miles round trip in one night to see them an it was worth it.

Tool - I agree, the best live show I have ever seen combined with my favourite band, the third time I saw them was the best one for me everything went right. Plus who can beat naked contortionists hanging from the ceiling.

Michael Franti and Spearhead - This guy went off, he was so inspirational and beatuiful, he changed my life and his music wasn't to bad either.

Massive Attack - Was this year but it was still amazing, never really payed much attention to them but I was blown away by the performance and the music.

Andrew WK without a doubt. It was a long wait for him to finally come on state, but it was worth it. His show was awesome.

That would have been so amazing, was it at Pinkpop or just a concert.
They are one of the only bands that I want to see live and haven't or haven't got tickets for.
