also many death metal bands are directly ripping off the sound started by naplam death, but as he mentions he wanted something a little on the quieter side.

listen to some of the songs i posted buddykiller

hmmm, i think i was taken wrong.... i mean as far as creepyness is concerned... not questioning originality or anything like that... just creepyness (though i'm a fan of neither pantera or slayer but i'm not going to down on them)

just the pantera issue again for a sec, those two songs are creepy to me, listen to the songs and you will see why

hmmmmmm, i'll dl them tonight, i havn't heard them but i'm going on what i have heard from pantera (everybody i know from back home is a drunk and thats all they wanna listen to when their drunk o_O )

so far dance macabre isthe winner, but still not quite close enough. It was creepy, but stil not quite enough song and seconds 30-40 it sounds like the jacking off. Also need a song without jacking off in it.

hmmmm, i never thought of it that way, i always thought of it as kind of raping a dead body or something.... hmmm, which brings to mind a venus in fear by cof it's got a woman screaming like she's being raped in the background... or maybe a dream of wolves in the snow... it's kinda old but it talks about killing xians.... or suicidal tendencies - i saw your mommy (but i think thats more disturbing than anything else) oh well, i can't come up with anything better than danse macabre... if i do i'll post it

Let's see:

"Bed Of Razors"
"Mask Of Sanity"
"Dead Night Warrior"

Yeah, better than that shrill Cradle Of Filth...

If you need quieter, perhaps "Shell" by Pig. Maybe "Golgotha" or "Hang Him Higher" by Wumpscut, too.

Bed of razors isn't anywhere near creepy. *_*

I don't know if it is the creepy you are looking for but Tori Amos' cover of Eminems '97 Bonnie and Clyde was spine tingling, I would listen to as I lay in bed and couldn't sleep.
Also anything by Fantomas is pretty creepy.

Ok I just thought of this but what about Sephiroth's Theme from Final Fantasy 7. Creepy, done by an orchestra so no jerkin off or heavy Death metal (Not that there's anything wrong with that mind you). I could see it going good with quite a few things.

keep in mind people, the song cannot be exsesively loud.

So for Dance Macabre and the sephiroth theme are winning in the creepy category.

marilyn manson - suicide is painless

"Suicide Is Painless"
Through early morning fog I see
Visions of the things to be
The pains that are withheld for me
I realize and I can see...
That suicide is painless
It brings on many changes
And I can take or leave it if I please
The game of life is hard to play
I'm gonna lose it anyway
The losing card I'll someday lay
So this is all I have to say
Suicide is painless
It brings on many changes
And I can take or leave it if I please
The sword of time will pierce our skins
It doesn't hurt when it begins
But as it works its way on in
The pain grows stronger...watch it grin, but...
Suicide is painless
It brings on many changes
And I can take or leave it if I please
A brave man once requested me
To answer questions that are key
Is it to be or not to be
And I replied 'oh why ask me?'
And suicide is painless
It brings on many changes
And I can take or leave it if I please
...and you can do the same thing if you please
