Postby str1ngheese » Sat Feb 08, 2003 5:33 pm

OK, I want to burn the whole entire Cowboy Bepop Collection to my blank discs. (Trust me, I have enough.) And I have Ahead Nero for my burning rom. Can someone give me the lowdon on how to put them on disc??? I tried some music vids on, and it never went anywhere...

You are a idiot...

First this is not the place to ask how you can copy your bebop collection? I am guessing they're on DVDs.

Second, DVDs are up to 9GB. CDs max @ 700MB. Something is going to give here :\ .

Third, you didn't state what you were going to use them for. "I am going to play them on my DVD player", "I am going to hand them out to random strangers and say I am l33t". It's pretty easy ripping a DVD and putting converter them to XviD + MP3, that can only be played on a computer though. You could use VCD or SVCD if you wanted to play them on your DVD player. That's a bit more complex :\

:\

Don't bother answering these questions. Instead dash off to place that may actually care.

Doom9 or VCDHelp.

Remember this is a Anime - Music - Video help forum, not a "how duz I copy my dvdZ!".

BrsrkEva>> No CloneCD will not work, there aren't any 9GB rewritable DVDs. Well there are but they aren't very compatible(I believe they are cartridged based). Also I don't believe cloneCD supports DVDs :\

Gahg...

str1ngheese>> Go buy the fucking boxset. Even then this isn't the place to ask these questions. DVDPriceSearch.com is your friend, use it wisely.

well it is quite obvious how to put avis on a cd with nero :\

There are no 9gb writable disks. There are double sided disks, woohoo. No dual layer. My retard friend claims the imac's dvd burner can burn up to 5 layers, and he has a dual layer disk or did he have a 5 layer disk or something, which was so bullshit it was funny.

DVD-ram 1.0 is what you're thinking of with the cartridges, but they still were only double sided, not multi-layered. Its also why ram didnt work with anything other than -ram drives. v 2.0 comes with removable cartridges so you can use them in things that dont natively support dvd-ram.
