Sorry for the long delay everybody, but we finnaly have the final AMV Rules posted for Fanime Con 2003 in Santa Clara, CA.

Wow! A whole bunch of things at this contest have changed! We're voting by ballot?!?!?! This will be the best contest to date for Fanime I think!

so if i were to submit, then panda could only add one more to that.

good example of this is more than toast...

they all go under the studio name of more than toast... but they submit to contests independantly.... since they make music videos sepertaly
