okay! excellent video imo, the tempo of the music was definitely in synchronous with the footage, both in time and feeling. but in the next amv you do, could you try and give the bass line of the music more attention? I mean, the song as a whole fits nicely, and the percussion and effects timing is splendid, but the bass line never seems to move the video as it does the song. maybe if you had the transitions timed with the bass line every now and then? then maybe Cyber_Skaarj would be moved by it :)

Bah. You're only saying that :P Rei is (or was, considering how long ago that series aired) a damaged character. you did a tremendous job portraying that through the music selection alone.

as for this "Hoshi No Koe", I've yet to see it, but the amv you did of it has a lot of emotion (and really cool cg 8) ). I don't think people would "get seizures" if you tied the transitions to the bass line. I'm not saying you should go back and edit this amv, heck no, it's just a way to make any amv more interesting, exciting, powerful, you name it. recommend you try doing that on your next vid :)

Wow... you took a 25 minute anime and compressed it down to a four minute video. If anyone wants to know what Hoshi no Koe is about, I'll point them to this video.

Very well done!

Actually, I was trying to keep the editing and effects to a minimum. :?

Hoshi No Koe is a 25 minute anime/OAV episode created entirely by one man. Even the original voices for the characters were done by him and his fiancee. I was really scrounging to find clips as I had extremely limited footage. Also, I tried to make sure I didn't cover up the creator's work by placing effects. I wanted to make it simple and showcase the great animation. For more information about the anime..
