Topic, what topic? We don't need no steenking topic!

Honestly, people need to learn to figure stuff out on their own. EVERYTHING you read in my guides I learned by myself, reading things online, experimenting, more reading, more experimenting, ad nauseam.

Asking other people a specific question on occaision is a healthy thing (i.e. What's the best way to resize footage for editing and/or final encoding, Bicubic or Bilinear?) but asking general questions like "how do I make a good AMV" are pointless and a waste of bandwidth.

...and jbone don't bother correcting my grammar on the first line because it's supposed to be wrong.

But I agree about the whole finishing move. I've never taught anyone the secret handed down to me by the great AMV masters of yesteryear of the ultimate AMV technique because it is one that must never be used, lest ye cause the brains of your viewers to explode in sheer and utter mental orgasmic bliss.

Actually, the first thing that came to mind was, "...and some of us still aren't sure whether bilinear or bicubic is better for mass-distribution." ;-)

That, and the actual name of the finishing move is so long that you'd die before you finished reciting it.
