As for previous year's awards. If anyone will be attending AWA this year I will be happy to present your awards to you personally there. Beyond that, I'm working on getting the budget pre-con for shipping this year, which includes previous years shipping as well. I'll contact the winners before sending out the awards to verify addresses.

Deadline is little over a month away! Keep those entries coming!

I apologize to anyone who has been waiting for an FTP account. The notification system I use to alert me when new entries come in had stopped working. All requested accounts should be approved and information sent (or available via the system.)

Sent three in so far, just gotta upload them. Depending on whether or not I get these other two videos done, I'll likely send those in as well.

We've got less then 2 weeks until the deadline! Keep in mind that while out deadline is before AWA, the contest will not be judged or shown until after AWA, so we're completely open for any entries from Pro. I can also honestly say I wont begin the viewing portion of the QC check until after voting is all done for Pro as well for anyone who wants to keep their entries a secret (not that it would sway my vote one way or another, but that is a thing)

Also keep in mind that once you have finished uploading your entry you need to log back into the system and close your FTP/upload accounts in order for us to begin processing your video prior to the deadline.

Just an update. As the deadline draws near (10 days left!) it is especially important that you verify that the entry your are submitting adheres to the rules, specifically the technical requirements. This goes doubly so for those using snail-mail to submit. I will not approve an incorrectly formatted entry even if it was express mailed via fed-ex overnight. I hate to DQ an entry sent over the mail, but if it doesn't meet the requirements, it will be DQ'ed along with all digital submissions.

Please take a moment to double check your entries before submitting. The re-submission period will be short this year and the deadline (where you have unlimited re-submission attempts) is fast approaching.

As the rules state, there are no categories. You can send as many entries as will fit within the total time limit for all entries submitted by you as also stated in the rules above.
