I received my TK-ID and 501st approval today. I just keep looking at my profile on the main 501st site even though I just got approved today and haven't had a chance to get a picture for it taken yet... it has to be more professional than a digital camera, there's a guy in our garrison who takes everyone's photos since he's a photographer and had I gone to star fest this weekend I may have gotten my pictures done, but yay! approval!

Being let go from a terrible job. While unemployment sucks, it also means I don't have to put up with the daily bullshit that was making my workplace unbearable. I'll probably make a seperate thread for that whole story at some point, though.

This weekend marks the time I can finally partake in the pool here at my appartment complex. I moved in the weekend it closed so I'm looking forward to using the pool finally.
I'm holding a shindig for memorial day and some friends i haven't seen in a while are actually stopping by. It's nice to finally show my place off to people who haven't seen it yet and enjoy some good times. Too bad I couldn't work out having Tuesday off as well but it should be enjoyable either way. Haven't had peeps over for a real part since the supra bowl.
