So, potentially odd question, but I figure I should ask just in case, what's the ruling regarding entering videos with fanmade audio? In other words, fanmade English versions of Japanese songs.

As long as the song maintains a fairly professional-level of quality (no severe buzzing, difficult to understand words, background noise, etc) I don't see any problem with it.

For example, something with quality akin to this english version of Magia would be fine...
