The scene from Da Capo is exactly what I'm looking for, except I suppose my only issue is I want it to span a good 9 seconds. I'll mess around with it though as well as the Sakurasou opening, which I'm actually editing with for this amv, derp.
I looked through Aoi no Bungaku 5 but didn't see anything over a solid background, will check out 6 later if nothing else comes up. And yeah, don't really want to mask out individual petals or scour a whole new series for a scene, but no worries! Thanks for all yall's suggestions so far.

I was looking everyyyywheeere for some, how did I miss those?? Unfortunately you have to pay for the first one and they also had some other great ones on their website, but I don't feel like shelling out any money. The second link though is totally doable though, just have to change the angle and speed it up a slight tad. I'll screw around with it and see if I like the effect. Thanks a bunch for that!!

What about X, both the movie and show? There's numerous scenes of falling cherry blossoms. As far as I know, the source has only been released SD though. I don't know if that's a problem for you.
