Correct. All adult entries that are not marked as DQ'ed will compete. I haven't had a chance to update the entry status' for each entry yet but that will come soon.

No, they were not sent out. They do exist, ask the people I saw at AWA who got them. Same situation I discussed before. At this point I'm just going to roll in the cost of shipping last year's awards with this years. If you come to Youma you can get any awards that haven't been shipped out. I had said I would ship them out myself last time, but that was when I thought I would have money for it. Which was before I got hit with a huge electricity bill ^^() So again, I'm waiting on con money, or me to have the funds to ship myself.

Ah, yes, large surprise bills are certainly a good reason. XD I was just a little concerned with the situation given what you said in the AWA post; I'd be fine waiting longer. Unfortunately I'll be unable to attend the con, but if you still have issues with how much they're allotting to the department this year feel free to send a PM afterward.
