I have that. I can't even go to the bazaar. Although it's gotten much better and I can walk around without panicking. I can lock my room door sometimes too. But I can't stay closed in for a long time.

Yeah. I get it when I feel trapped and when people get so near me that I have no personal space. People like getting near me a lot to the point that its so uncomfortable....

I have dealt with this in the past, I believe. Gotten much better. Usually I just have random panic attacks and I'm not sure what to do about those since I'm tired of trying to force them out. There was a method I read about, letting the thoughts come in and analyzing them. That did help but it's not always helpful.
